ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Thursday shamed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan for conspiring against an elected government.

The minister, in her statement, alleged Khan of continuing to spread unrest in the country for four years, only for the sake of his desire for power.

"Imran sahib you need to stand inside the court, rather than standing by it," she said.

Marriyum shamed the PTI chairman for conspiring against the elected government by way of staging sit-ins in Islamabad and making the armed forces of the country controversial.

"Imran sahib you should be ashamed of gambling with donations and party funds, and for failing to answer Aisha Gulalai's questions," she stated.

The minister also criticised Khan for making the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtisab Commission ineffective.
