According to the police, the victim identified as Murid Khan along with his colleague was on way when armed men opened fire at them and fled from the scene. As a result, Murid Khan died on the spot while Allah Bakhsh and one passerby Karim Dad sustained serious bullet injuries.
The injured were rushed to the hospital for medical aid.
The victim's body was handed over to the heirs after legal formalities.
