Ronaldo more resilient than Neymar? Bombshell report leaves fans shocked

Neymar recently revealed his plans for the future after his $98.24 million deal with Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal ends and it seems that he may not be as resilient in the Arabian Peninsula as Al Nassr's Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to Daily Mail, the 32-year-old ex-Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) star is already eyeing his next move after a nightmare year in Saudi Arabia and has reportedly promised one of his former clubs that he will make a sensational return next year.

After striking the deal with Al Hilal in August 2023, Neymar only managed to make five appearances for the club before suffering an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during Brazil's World Cup qualifier against Uruguay in October.

He was then ruled out for the season.

Ronaldo, the 39-year-old former Real Madrid star who also joined a Saudi club in a $214.04 million deal ahead of Neymar, seems to be thriving in his team.

The Portuguese football legend has not hinted at leaving the club after his contract expires in 2025 despite suffering injuries and a one-match ban for a gesture towards his rival team's fans.

Meanwhile, Neymar, while he recovers from his injury back home, was recently given the honour of carrying the Campeonato Paulista trophy onto the pitch before the first leg of his former club Santos' final against Palmeiras.

According to UOL via Mundo Deportivo, Neymar entered the Santos dressing room and vowed to return to the club in 2025 after his contract at Al Hilal expires.

The reports of Neymar allegedly deciding to leave Al Hilal have shocked fans.
