ISLAMABAD: Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
Severe cold wave conditions would continue to prevail over upper areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Balochistan during the next few days, reported PTV.
Dense foggy condition is likely to intensify in plain areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and upper areas of Sindh during the next several days.
The minimum temperature recorded in some major cities was: Islamabad and Lahore 3 degrees centigrade while current cold wave also hit Karachi where minimum temperature was recorded 8.
The lowest minimum temperature in the country was minus fourteen degree centigrade recorded in Skardu. (APP)
