Queen Camilla made a rare remark about her grandchildren as she officially opened the new emergency unit at Great Western Hospital in Swindon, Wiltshire.
Camilla revealed that her grandchildren have made "regular visits" to the hospital, where the Queen also gave birth to her daughter, Laura Lopes.
The Queen Consort also expressed gratitude to the staff for their hard work, before spending time with the patients and the staff at the facility.
While speaking with one of the staff, Queen Consort said, “I know quite a lot about you,” adding, “You’ve treated a lot of my family.”
“My daughter will often call me saying ‘guess where I am?’ And I get a picture of a thumb sticking up at an odd angle, or a leg,” she added.
“I know what a nice place it is and what great care you take of people.”
Before concluding her tour, Camilla also petted a therapy dog, named Fenton, and said, “I am sure you make a lot of people feel a lot better.”
“You are the star of the show. Very sweet and very smart little haircut,” they added.
