Firm pressures mount as Prince William, Kate Middleton prioritize family time

Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly under immense pressure to up their royal duties amid reports they are prioritizing family time.

As per latest report, the firm is growing frustrated with each passing day as they believe the Prince and Princess of Wales are not doing enough.

While the couple still seems to be the most famous royals in the family, a report by Scottish Express once reported that they are reluctant towards performing official duties.

The Princess of Wales stepped back from royal duties after she was diagnosed of cancer and William also took a break to be with her.

However, she is still prioritizing time with her kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Associate editor of The Telegraph, Camilla Tominey, has claimed that William and Kate are "under growing pressure to up their workload," per The Mirror.

The duo "may be spending too much time with their immediate family instead of supporting the 'Firm,’” which is causing some concerns in the palace.

This comes after a report by Life & Style claimed that Kate’s cancer diagnosis took a toll on William and he has now asked King Charles for a break from his duties.

“Now that she’s feeling better and the constant fear of losing her has eased off, William’s big focus has been on making the most of their time and this second chance at life together,” they said.

The insider further revealed that William spoke to King Charles about their condition and “gotten the go-ahead to tone down the frenetic pace, Charles doesn’t want to see William burn out and he certainly doesn’t want to overload Kate when she’s still fragile.”

“No doubt Charles’ own battle with cancer has made him especially sensitive to what Kate has gone through,” the insider noted.

“He’s told her and William to take whatever time they need. They won’t go overboard but they are very keen to pull back a little so they can focus on each other more.

“That means more romantic dinners, more long walks and more holidays.”
