Sources said that the doctor was removed from the post over his communication with media.
It is to mention here that Dr Khwaja has been briefing the media about Sikander’s health condition since Thursday.
Sikander was shifted to the PIMS hospital after being injured following a five-hour long drama at the capital’s Jinnah Avenue.
