Ed Sheeran faces fresh blow after tour hit the rocks

Ed Sheeran and his tour has come face to face with strong controversy - to the extent that The Loop Tour itself has become uncertain.

The 35-year-old English musician has now been removed from the Irish radio station, Classic Hits Radio “for the foreseeable future” in the light of events that have followed since Macklemore was removed as the opening act. 

The Shape of You hitmaker has received strong backlash from fellow celebrities and fans alike, and the radio station's move was also supported by music enthusiasts.

Taking to the comments, fans wrote, "oh it’s over for him," and "the irish know what's up."

A third chimed in, "finally i can tune into the radio again without my ears being plagued," and "Omg i love Ireland sooo much ,such a based goated country and amazing people."

Another added, "damn his own people don’t want him."
