Terror threat in Islamabad, security on high alert

ISLAMABAD: Ministry of interior Sunday put the security on high alert in the backdrop of terror threat in the capital city here, Geo News reported.

Interior Minister, Rahman Malik has directed the concerned officials to further beef up the security at the entry and exit points on the roads in the city.

Following the security high alert, the security of the five-star hotels and diplomatic enclave has been further strengthened, while the roads leading to the diplomatic enclave have been blocked by placing containers.
