MUZAFFARGARH: The independent MNA-elect from Muzaffargarh, Jamshed Dasti has decided to maintain an independent status in the lower house of parliament, Geo News reported Saturday.
Talking to Geo News via phone, Dasti said that he would cast his vote of confidence to Nawaz Sharif as the new Prime Minister of the country and will move a bill in the assembly for having two reserve seats for laborers in the National Assembly.
He further said that he would raise his voice as an independent member in the assembly in favour the South Punjab province.
