Martyred Rafaqat Awan’s gunman sent on judicial remand until March 21

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday sent the martyred Additional Session Judge, Rafaqat Awan’s gunman, Babar Hussain on judicial remand until March 21, Geo News reported.

Following completion of three-day physical remand, the gunman Babar Hussain arrested for being allegedly involved in the murder of F-8 Kachehri Additional Judge Rafaqat Awan was presented in the court today.

During hearing of the case here, ATC Judge Atiqur Rahman allowed 11 days judicial remand of the accused and ordered for his presence in the court in next hearing on March 21.
