All roads leading to Qadri’s house sealed

LAHORE: Some additional containers have been placed to completely seal, surround the Model Town, Faisal Town areas and all roads and streets leading to the residence of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr Tahirul Qadri besides Mihajul Quran Secretariat, Geo News reported.

Sources said that all the exit/ entry roads to Model Town and Faisal Town have been completely sealed and additional contingents of police deployed to deny PAT taking out their announced Revolution March to Islamabad on August 14.

On the other hand, Dr Qadri’s baton wielding male and female workers are also getting ready to defy the government’s besiege laid around them by breaching and breaking the barriers at all cost.

Addressing a press conference Monday night here, PAT spokesman Qazi Faiz said that no matter how many containers were placed and police deployed, the revolution could not be thwarted and it would begin on August 14 from Minhajul Quran Secretariat.

Qazi Faiz has claimed that Nawaz Sharif would deliver his farewell address to the nation today.
