Dr. Sattar wants killers of Sabeen Mahmud nabbed

In a statement issued here, Dr. Sattar expressed grief over the murder of Sabeen Mahmud, saying the deceased had devoted her life to a noble cause.
He said the police statement which suggests involvement of foreign hand behind the killing of Sabeen Mahmud is a façade aimed at hiding their incompetence.
Sabeen Mahmud, director at The Second Floor (T2F) was gunned down by unidentified armed assailants on Friday night as she left T2F in her car for home along with her mother after hosting a seminar.
The armed attackers riding a motor bike approached her vehicle and showered it with bullets. Sabeen received four bullets and later succumbed to her injuries en route to the hospital. Her mother also sustained bullet wounds and is now recuperating in a local hospital.
