Chris Hemsworth gets mobbed by fans in India

Thor actor Chris Hemsworth who is in India currently shooting his next film was mobbed by fans on the set of his action-thriller Dhaka.

Hemsworth took to Instagram to share photos of him on the set with kids while thanking India for being generous and kind during his stay so far. 

"Beyond thankful for the kindness and generosity that the people of India have extended to us while making our little film here," he posted on along with three photographs in which he is surrounded by children.

Hemsworth who is best known for playing Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is in Ahmedabad shooting his new film Dhaka, which centres around a mercenary played by Hemsworth, hired to save a businessman’s son.

The movie is directed by Sam Hargrave who is making his directorial debut with the movie.

Hargrave has previously worked as the stunt double for actor Chris Evans’ character, Captain America and as a second-unit director for Avengers: Infinity War and the upcoming, untitled Avengers 4 film.

The script is written by Joe Russo, one-half of the popular Russo brothers who recently helmed Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War.
