Traffic plan for PAF air show in Karachi

KARACHI: The Sindh Police on Thursday issued a traffic plan for the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) air show to be held at Nishan-i-Pakistan, Sea View today.

PAF aircraft would perform an aerobatics display at Sea View, Karachi as part of the tenth International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2018. The IDEAS 2018, one of the most prestigious, biennially held event in the country kicked off at Karachi’s Expo Centre on Tuesday and concludes tomorrow.

As per the traffic plan issued, the Sea View road till Salt and Pepper Village restaurant will be closed for traffic.

The traffic from Shahra-e-Firdous will be diverted to Khayaban-e-Shamsheer and 26th Street. While the traffic from Do Darya towards Salt and Pepper Village restaurant will be diverted to Khayaban-e-Ittehad.

Traffic from Khayaban-e-Mujahid and Khayaban-e-Rahat will not be allowed to enter Sea View, the Sindh Police said.
