Police have registered a case against Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon, comedian Bharti Singh and director-choreographer Farah Khan for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of the minority community during a TV show.
According to the police, the FIR was lodged on Wednesday.
The case was lodged on the complaint by President of the Christian Front of Ajnala Block for hurting the religious sentiments in a TV show aired on the Christmas eve by Amritsar rural police.

The complainant has also submitted a video footage of the show with police. He alleges that religious sentiments of Christians have been hurt.
According to the police, further investigation against the accused is underway.
Meanwhile, Raveena Tandon took to Twitter saying that the three of them never intended to offend anyone. “In case we did, my most sincere apologies to those who were hurt.”
Sharing the video, Raveena said, “I haven’t said a word that can be interpreted as an insult to any religion.”
