Sui captives shifted to unknown place after Geo's report
QUETTA: Jalal Khan Kalpar Bugti Thursday said that captives who had been kept in illegal detention were shifted overnight to an unknown place after Geo News broke the news of the presence of a private jail being maintained by Ghulam Qadir Masuri in Sui.

Talking to Geo News, he said the team assigned the task to investigate the matter would not get anything.

Jalal Khan Kalpar Bugti said that Ghulam Qadir Bugti passes acts as a self proclaimed judge who passes judgments, sends people to jail and then demands money from the family members. "And the captives are subjected to torture in case a family fails to meet the demand," he added.

Geo News had on Wednesday night broke the news of the private jail and also showed a video. The report said that Wadera Ghulam Qadir Bugti had a private detention facility in Sui area where 17 people were being kept.

The DPO, however, brushed aside the report, saying there was no such private prison there.

Later, the Chief Minister Balochistan had formed a four-member committee to launch a probe into the matter and present its report in seven days.
