Despite attempts to stop women from marching, thousands of women took to the streets to mark International Women's Day — giving one message: we are equal.
In Karachi this year, Aurat March was held at a monumental place right beside the Mazar-e-Quaid at Bagh-e-Jinnah.
Their demands were simple: wages, security, peace for women.
