Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's "faux household" move has come after the Duke of Sussex realized his popularity is plunging.
Harry and Meghan have reportedly realized that their "American" strategies haven’t been successful. As a result, the couple have made restructured their staff.
The Sussexes each hired their own chief of staff in a move mimicking the royal structure for staffing.
According to The Telegraph, Meghan has hired a new senior advisor, Sarah Fosmo, who previously worked for Bill Gates in executive administration for six years and also worked for motivational speaker Tony Robbins for seven years as a senior executive assistant.
Harry, on the other hand, promoted Lianne Cashin, the former executive assistant and Archewell's head of operation to a "senior consultant" position.
Mail on Sunday's Editor at Large Charlotte Griffiths commented that the restructuring came after the Duke realized that "anything Hollywood and American basically hasn't worked for him."
"So apparently Harry has looked at the latest polls that put him down at 27%, and he's upset by it. A source really close to him told me that he's realised there's nowhere to go but up," he shared while speaking to GB News.
"So what he's done is he's decided what hasn't been working. And that's the US, Hollywood PR agents. Just anything Hollywood and American basically hasn't worked for him," he added.
Prince Harry left the Royal Family in 2020 after he and Meghan had a fall out with them. The couple later made major claims against the family when they moved to the U.S. They detailed their time with the royals in an explosive interview with Oprah, and a Netflix docuseries titled Harry & Meghan.
