Purse James Chalmers, Keeper of the Privy Purse, shared the details of electric car chargers in the annual Sovereign Grant review.
Among them, the most eye-catching ones were the "Pod Point" electric vehicle charging points.
As per Daily Mail, Mr James said that "the charging points, which have been installed across the royal estate, including Windsor and Sandringham, but most notably in the forecourt at the front of Buckingham Palace, were a 'major move' towards fully electrifying the royal fleet."
