Ellen DeGeneres' attitude towards UK rules & regulations leaves people ‘livid'

After ‘escaping’ to the UK, and the Cotswolds in particular, Ellen DeGeneres has hit another snag as public outcry reaches new heights.

According to RadarOnline, this time around it’s related to the renovations she’s having done to her $18 million mansion.

What is pertinent to mention is that even though the renovations have been done with the West Oxfordshire District Council’s approval and “completed to a high standard” the neighbors are still “livid”.

The insider also gave details into the whole thing and said, “Ellen has this attitude that the rules don’t apply to her, and it’s making her life difficult.”

This has only been an add-on, the source also revealed because ever since the move, Ellen and Portia have seen that “England has been anything but the fairy tale they imagined.”

“Their beloved farmhouse has been beset by flooding, and battles with their neighbors have been unbearable” too.

“Everyone knows they’re miserable, although they’re still trying to make a go of it.”

Not to mention, “they've spent tons of money on this move, and they’re too bullheaded to go back to the U.S., but folks are betting that they'll soon be heading back to sunny California.”
