Kevin Costner has opened up about his unique bond with coffee.
Kevin revealed that he developed a taste for coffee just 12 to 15 years ago, but now needs it to start his day.
"It's not an old habit. In the last 12 to 15 years, I finally came to coffee," Costner, who continues his longstanding partnership with Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, told People.
"Coffee starts my day," shared the Yellowstone actor, adding, "It really has become a little bit addictive. I don't have an addictive personality, I don't think, but that really starts my day."
Like many of us, the actor found coffee to be very bitter without loads of sugar.
"I remember not liking it. It needed a ton of sugar, it needed a ton of something. It was so bitter for me that I couldn't bear it," the Horizon: An American Saga director shared.
Now, he starts his day with it, but still limits it to just one cup in the morning.
"It's just the one cup, though," explained the Oscar winner.
Kevn Costner is helping Keurig's Green Mountain Coffee Roasters launch their new Father's Day campaign, "Dad’s First Cup." Lovers of coffee can nominate men who they think are great fathers in the comments. Three winners will then receive a personalized video message from the Golden Globe winner and a year’s supply of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters K-Cup pods.
