Meghan Markle warned of serious consequences ahead of wine launch

Meghan Markle is facing serious pressure ahead of the launch of her first rosé under her lifestyle brand, As Ever.

Speaking with The Express, Reputation strategist Eric Schiffer warned the Duchess of Sussex that the release of her new product could make or break its future.

While Meghan’s past products under her brand As Ever sold out quickly, the expert said that if the wine sells out too fast again, it may spark backlash over limited stock.

This could lead to damage her brand’s reputation and give the brand a reputation for being a “fake luxury” label, claimed the expert.

"Another four-hour sell-out and shoppers will scream scam and toss the potential of buying a bottle in the dumpster fire,” he told the publication.

The expert continued, "If the cork pops faster than fans click, her brand looks like the royal Ponzi of pantry products."

"[If her wine sells out quickly again] The Duchess [would be] flirting with the Fyre Festival playbook—luxury Instagram glow, wacky bargain-basement logistics.

"Consumers aren’t dumb pawns to be played like a game of curated scarcity—they’ll call out fake luxe fast.

"Every sold-out screenshot is a ticking meme bomb: 'Out of Touch Celebrity Elite Hides Rosé.'"
