King Charles and Queen Camilla were notably absent from Princess Catherine’s annual Together at Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey on Friday, sparking speculation among fans and royal watchers.

No official reason has been given, though it’s possible prior engagements prevented the royal couple from attending a contrast to 2022, when they joined the event dedicated to the late Queen Elizabeth.

Despite their absence, the spotlight quickly shifted to the Wales children, who melted hearts as they joined their mother, Princess Kate, for the festive celebration.

Prince George and Prince Louis looked dapper in classic suits, while Princess Charlotte wowed in a satin dress paired with dark tights.

The trio, widely seen as Kate’s “perfect little helpers” officially kicked off the family’s festive season in style.

The young royals also paid a visit to the “Connection Tree,” where guests had added named loops to a paper chain symbolising togetherness and connection.

George, Charlotte, and Louis contributed their own red cards before being warmly welcomed back inside the Abbey by the Dean and Chapter of Westminster.

The service began in classic style, with the hauntingly beautiful solo of a young chorister singing the first verse of Once in Royal David’s City, before the full choir joined in.
