King Charles is making sure that there is enough room for his beloved grandchildren and their future is safe when they take up their royal positions.

Charles is a doting grandfather to Prince William’s three children, Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, Prince Louis, 7. And even though he has not met Prince Harry’s two children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Charlotte, 4, he still reportedly hopes to meet them one day.

The monarch’s office issued an important update about a crucial programme which has been in the works for the past decade.

On Saturday, the Palace marked Small Business Saturday, acknowledge the small and medium-sized enterprises that have been involved the Reservicing Programme.

“Over 220 sole traders and SMEs have helped replace essential services at Palace” which includes “plumbers, electricians, carpenters, art handlers, steel workers, demolition specialists, architects, lead roofers, plasterers, stonemasons”.

The statement also added that the work “ensures Buckingham Palace is fit for future generations to enjoy”.

Charles has not shied away from admitting his concerns about how his grandchildren would judge him for his actions.

The 77-year-old, who had always been a activist for the environment, recently revealed how he doesn’t want to leave a “ghastly legacy of horror” for them in a new ITV documentary.

Hence, it comes as no surprise that he would want the Monarchy HQ would be in pristine condition when they take over.
