King Charles has an important task to look forward to as senior members of the family are busy carrying out crucial orders from the Palace.
Prince Edward "quietly" visited his disgraced brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, just a month after the shamed ex-royal was arrested. It is being suggested that the Duke of Edinburgh was tasked to send him a word, as Charles himself avoids any public interaction with his exiled brother.
Meanwhile, the monarch, who been an ardent advocate of protecting the natural environment, is focussed on the big plans in store as Palace announced the “next stop” for the King: RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
“The King, Sir David Beckham, Alan Titchmarsh CBE and Frances Tophill came together at HighgroveGarden last week to finalise their plans for The RHS and The King’s Foundation Curious Garden,” the statement read.
“They were joined by garden apprentices and graduates from The King’s Foundation at Highgrove who are contributing to the planting and craft skills on display in the garden,” it continued.
“The RHS and The King’s Foundation Curious Garden aims to encourage the nation to discover the joy of getting curious about gardening. It has been designed by Frances Tophill with contributions from The King, David Beckham and AlanTitchmarsh.”
Before the Flower show takes place in next month, the King will be making an appearance with Queen Camilla and other senior members of the family for Easter Sunday. Unlike last year, Andrew will not be seen at the gathering since he has been firmly ousted from the royal fold.
