Bigg took to his Instagram and announced his decision of exiting the show on Friday, April 24, claiming, “It wasn’t his decision.”

The 40-year-old said appearing on the BBC program is something he’ll “carry with me forever.”
Jamie, who started appearing as Giant back in January 2024, hinted to his fans that his exit wasn’t his choice, mentioning a backstage disagreement that led him to announce the decision.
The TV star who hails from Ilkeston, Derbyshire, claimed, “This wasn’t a decision I made to step away. I was faced with a choice that didn’t align with my values.”

“That’s what being a role model means to me.”
He then went on to add, “I’m proud of everything I gave to the show and grateful for every single person who supported me along the way.”
Then, Bigg hinted at some surprise on the way for his fans with a strong message and wrote, “This isn’t the end it’s just the beginning. Stay strong. Stand tall.”
