Taylor Swift is celebrating her Songwriters Halls of Fame induction with her fiance Travis Kelce.
On Saturday, June 13, the Eras World Tour mastermind stepped out with the Kansas City Chiefs Tight End for a date night.
The couple, both 36, spent quality time together at New York City’s Lyceum Theatre while attending a performance of Oh, Mary!
Although the two arrived discreetly after the show had already begun, the play’s star Maya Rudolph appeared to acknowledge the NFL star’s presence in the audience.
She swiftly delivers a line about audience members needing to leave for “a game,” prompting an enthusiastic response from The Life of a Showgirl maker.
As per several videos, making rounds on social media, the pair laughed together during the show. The Fate of Ophelia hitmaker even jumped to her feet and raised her arms high above her head while giving the cast a standing ovation.
Before leaving the theater hand in hand the engaged couple also took some time to head backstage and pose for photos with the cast, including Rudolph, as well as the show’s director and producers.
The Cruel Summer chart-topper’s date night with her fiance comes hot on the heels of her Songwriters Hall of Fame induction.
She was officially inducted into the organisation at the age of 36, making history as the youngest woman ever to receive the honor, second overall only to Stevie Wonder.
She is also the first artist to win the Hal David Starlight Award and later become a full Hall of Fame inductee.
The induction Gala took place on June 11, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
During the private event, Swift was inducted by legendary filmmaker Steven Spielberg and delivered a highly emotional and candid 20-minute acceptance speech.
