Taylor Swift fans find invisible strings to 'evermore' in 'TLOAS: Encore'

Taylor Swift fans are excitedly awaiting the arrival of The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, as they theorise what each track could be about, based on the title.

Many among the Swifties, have put their heads together to find out connections with old songs from Swift's discography and believe that the upcoming song, Babylon, is related to the evermore track, cowboy like me.

In cowboy like me, the Grammy winner uses the metaphor in a lyric, "now you hang from my lips like the gardens of Babylon."

The evermore track was notably one that the Opalite hitmaker repeatedly performed when her now-husband, Travis Kelce, was in the audience which suggests to fans that she might have written about their love using similar imagery.

Fans immediately flocked to X and discussed the theory, writing, "evermore lpss IS COMINGGG," referring to the long pond sessions which Swifties have wished for, for a long time.

Another agreed, "the last song is called babylon, she mentions the gardens of babylon in cowboy like me. evermore long pond sessions is coming, everybody up!!"

While a third theorised, "Babylon being cowboy like me’s sequel wherein she reckons that forever is NOT the sweetest con because she has it and it’s real," and another chimed in, "No no no no no if it’s even REMOTELY related to cowboy like me I’ll fr have to end it all."

One noted, "and hasn’t travis talked about how he loves cowboy like me on the new heights podcast."

Someone declared, "BABYLON? i’m getting my cowboy like me track, it’s decided."
