Confirmed reports of foreign intrusion in Balochistan: Raisani
QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister, Nawab Aslam Raisani has said that there were confirmed reports of external intrusion in the province in the backdrop of prevailing circumstances there, Geo News reported.

During his meeting with a European Union envoy here, the Chief Minister said the government believed in resolution of issues through dialogue. But, he regretted, that those taking shelter in mountains did not respond positively to the invitation for talks.

He said they were not ready for anything less than freedom, adding 'God forbid if Balochistan gets separate it would plunge the Balochistan into a devastating anarchy that would be detrimental, particularly, for Baloch people'.

Raisani underlined the importance of holding dialogue, saying it is essential for the betterment of the situation in the province.

He said the Federal Government had decided to initiate the process of high-level negotiations in Balochistan. Governor Balochistan Nawan Zulfiqar Magsi, chief of Sarawan and tribal elders besides himself as CM Balochistan would play a key role in it, he added.
