Munawar Hasan vows to halt Nato supply even at cost of KP govt

LAHORE: Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Syed Munawar Hasan has vowed to halt Nato supply even at the cost of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, Geo News reported.

Addressing Friday sermon at Jama Mansoora here, JI Ameer said this is the decisive time to halt the Nato supply as the US is to withdraw tens of thousand of containers from Afghanistan.

Hasan said stopping drone strikes is the prime responsibility of Nawaz Sharif. He said Nawaz should adopt clear policy on this.

Ameer JI further said nation should stand after drone attacks in Pakistan’s settled areas, adding if the nation could not join hands now it would become slave.
