MWM announces three-day mourning

KARACHI: Majlis e Wahdat e Muslimeen has announced three days mourning and protest day on Wednesday to condemn the assassination of Allama Deedar Jalbani and his guard in a terrorist attack in Karachi.

Majlis e Wahdat e Muslimeen leader Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari said that his party would observe 3 days countrywide mourning and a peaceful day of nation wide protest on Wednesday.

He gave an ultimatum to the government saying that the assassins should be arrested within 24 hours otherwise MWM would devise future course of action. Allama Deedar Jalbani and his driver were killed when the gunmen opened fire at his car near NED University today (Tuesday).
