Treason case: Verdict reserved on counsels’ plea regarding biased judges
ISLAMABAD: The special court trying former president Pervez Musharraf under Article 6 for high treason on Wednesday reserved the decision over the issue of the biased judges raised by the counsels of the accused, Geo News reported.

The three-member bench headed by Justice Faisal Arab was hearing the case here.

During the hearing, Justice Faisal Arab in his remarks said that the court would formulate the guiding principle, as on what reasons the judges should dissociate themselves from the hearing.

Former president Pervez Musharraf’s counsel Anwar Mansoor completed his arguments relating to the two biased judges in the bench.

Later the court reserved its ruling and adjourned the hearing until Friday.
