Elahi blames Sharif brothers for flood disasters

GUJRAT: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervez Elahi Tuesday said that Sharif brothers (Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif) were responsible for the destruction caused by the massive floods across the Punjab province.

Talking to media men after visiting flood affected areas, Pervez Elahi said Sharif brothers had squandered all the funds into ‘Jangla Bus Service’ in a clear reference to Punjab government’s project of ‘Metro Bus Service.

He added that the Punjab government failed to repair protective embankments which has led to the widespread destruction in many parts of Punjab province.
