Armed clashes leave six dead, 11 injured in Shikarpur, Kandhkot

SHIKARPUR: At least six people were killed and 11 others injured in armed clashes in Shikarpur and Kandhkot areas on Tuesday.

According to police, an armed clash took place between two groups over a land dispute in Shikarpur in which six people were killed and two others sustained injuries. The exchange of fire was underway till the filing of this report.

Similarly, two more groups locked horns over a land dispute in Abdur Rehman Donki area of Kandhkot, injuring nine people. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Identities of the deceased and the injured were yet to be known.
