KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has said they will hold peaceful protest and observe mourning day today (Thursday) against killing of party worker Waseem Dehlvi in police custody.
Addressing party workers here, Altaf Hussain said postmortem report showed that Waseem Dehlvi was severely tortured.
Altaf also appealed the traders and businessmen to shut their business. He said peaceful protests will be held across the country.
MQM will also protest against fabricated case lodged against Amir Khan, he said.
Altaf was optimistic that soon MQM will make government in all the four provinces and at federal level.
