 POL prices to remain unchanged in Feb

 ISLAMABAD: Petroleum prices will remain unchanged in the month of February.

The Prime Minister has approved the summary in this regard, sources said Saturday.

The government’s profit will decline by Rs5 billion in February because of rise in the international oil prices, sources added.

The government collected revenue of Rs17 billion under Development Levy in January 2009. The revenue under this head will decrease to Rs12 billion in February.
