Turki Al-Faisal urges US to cooperate with Saudi, Pak JEDDAH: Chairman King Faisal Research and Islamic Studies Center Prince Turki Al-Faisal has urged the US to extend its cooperation to Saudi Arabia and Pakistan for crushing Al-Qaeda.

In a column of Washington Post, Prince Turki Al-Faisal said the US should also obtain cooperation of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Russia and China with an aim to defeat Al-Qaeda.

He said Taliban should not be called terrorists, and called for holding meaningful dialogue with them.

Prince Turki Al-Faisal urged the need for giving proper shape to the Durand Line which lies between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

“Pressure should be exerted on Pakistan and India to resolve the Kashmir issue,” he said.
