 LAHORE: Former Pakistan Captain Zaheer Abbas has said that the attack on Sri Lankan team has severely harmed cricket.
Talking to Geo News, Zaheer Abbas said that it was an attempt to defame Pakistan globally. He said Pakistan team’s future has grown dim. “Who will come to Pakistan after this incident and today’s incident has disgraced Pakistan cricket,” he added. He said that the teams, which do not want to come here, they would now make this incident a pretext for not visiting Pakistan.
Zaheer Abbas said that Sri Lankan team was the terrorists’ target. Pakistan team was not hurt.
