Cell phone users witness addition of 1.21 mln KARACHI: The number of total mobile phone users across the country has swelled by 1.21 million during July 2009.

The addition has pushed the number of total cell phone users in the country to 95.6 million.

Mobilink stood on top with maximum increase in its subscribers, followed by Telenor and Warid as second and third most subscribed mobile phone connection service.

The stocks of telecom companies also witnessed stability in the local capital market during the month of July.
