Fake degree case: Former MPA sentenced to two years in prison

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A court on Wednesday sentenced a former member of the parliament to two years in jail and fined him for Rs 20,000 in a fake degree case.

Javed Akbar, was nominated as member of the provincial assembly, in the 2013 elections.

His degree was challenged by political rival Makhdoom Haider.
