Two dead after falling off from building's rooftop in Karachi

 

KARACHI: Two labourers were declared dead on Wednesday after they fell off from a building's rooftop in Karachi's Saddar vicinity. 

The two men reportedly climbed to the roof of the exchange tower near Jubilee Cinema when they fell from the building and succumbed to the injuries, the police said.  

The deceased were identified as 35-year old Zaheer and 30-year-old Ghulam Qadir. 

Last month, two labourers were killed and two others were wounded when a factory roof collapsed in the city's Memon Goth area.

The labourers were sleeping in rooms located on top of the factory when the roof collapsed.
