MUZZAFFARABAD: The MQM has filed a petition in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court (AJKHC) against the postponement of polls on certain seats of AJK, Geo News reported.
The petition has been accepted for trial and speaking to the media MQM leader, Tahir Khokhar said he is hopeful that the High Court would provide relief to his party.
According to MQM lawyer Sharafat Mir, the High Court will announce its decision by July 9.
