Sisters reported drowned died of choking

KARACHI: A case of triple murder has been filed after three sisters were found floating dead in a water tank, Geo News reported.

According to sources the initial reports indicate the sisters, residents of Orangi Town area of the city died of suffocation.

The sisters, identified as Samira 14, Uzma 12, and Nisha 6 were reported to have drowned in a water storage tank located in an open-air livestock barn near their house on Saturday.

Two of the deceased girls were handicapped owing to polio.

The relatives while speaking to Geo News said they found out about the drowning in the morning as the girls, that night, went to sleep normally and they have no idea how did they reach that barn and got drowned.
