BISE Lahore re-announces Intermediate Part-I result
LAHORE: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced its revised results of Intermediate Part-I after rectifying errors here on Saturday, Geo News reported.

According to the revised results, 62,647 declared to have passed the exam as against 49,436 in previous ones. The pass percentage in the revised result has gone up to 50.26 percent from the previous 39.64 percent.

Government College University pre-engineering student Muhammad Omar securing 493 marks stood first, while among the pre-engineering girls Fatima Khurshid of Punjab College with 485 marks topped the list.

BISE Lahore Chairman Dr Allah Bakhsh announced the revised results of Intermediate Part-I exam held under the aegis of the Lahore Board.

The Intermediate result was earlier announced on October 17; however, after the protests by students against enormous errors in the results, the Punjab Government announced to cancel the results and ordered to re-announce them within 45 days.
