Taylor Swift would never form a trio with Selena Gomez and Blake Lively, according to an insider.

The pop star is often spotted hanging out with the two but has never been seen with the Disney alum and actress together because as per a source privy to Daily Mail, the two just aren't “the same type of person” and serve “different purposes” in her life.

Selena and Taylor have been spotted together a lot lately, including at the Golden Globes and at Taylor's yearly Fourth of July celebration at her Rhode Island house last year.

On the other hand, the Anti-Hero hitmaker has been seen with Blakely at several NFL matches which she attends to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

“For a good hangout and good party, you know who to invite and who not to invite. Taylor knows not to mix Blake and Selena in the same room and that it must be two separate nights,” an insider told the outlet.

“Blake enjoys the perks of being a celebrity. If there is something fun going down, she wants to be a part of it and it is contagious. This is something that everyone, including Taylor, loves about Blake,” they explained.

The tipster further added, “She knows that, no matter what, she is going to have a good time and lots of laughs when she is out with Blake. When Taylor wants to hang loose, Blake will be in the mix. Selena just plays a different role in Taylor's life. It is as simple as that."
