Sharone Stone opened up about her mental health struggles in a latest interview, advising fans to “keep moving forward”.

The American actress who established herself in the industry with remarkable performances in Basic Instinct and Total Recall has now opened up about her mental health.

Speaking to Alex Salmond of the Turkish Tea Talk, the actress admitted “We’re all trying to confront our demons”.

“We’re all acting out, me too and trying to figure out how to keep getting back up, keep helping people up even if we put them down, and make sure we’re all back up”, the philanthropist added.

Emphasizing that one out of 10 people is battling a ‘mental crisis’, the mother of three advised people to fix themselves instead of relying on political figures to pass policies that would somewhat alleviate their struggles.

She noted, “To try to say, it has to be our leaders, well, which leader do you think that's going to be? It must start with the individual. You must stand strong”.

“Get yourself together, help whoever you think you bumped around, and keep moving forward – and instant forgiveness. Instant forgiveness for yourself”, explained Sharon before signing off as well.
