William is often criticized by King Charles' loyalists  for not being up to the mark given the fact that he would replace his father as the monarch in the future.

His father is already is suffering from an unspecified form of cancer. On the other hand, William's supporters are of the view that people should be forgiving as his own wife, Kate Middleton, has been battling cancer this year.
