Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s It Ends With Us battle is not over yet as per expert.

As reported by People Magazine. Gregory Doll, attorney and partner at Doll Amir & Eley in Los Angeles said, "There’s still a lot left in the trial court proceedings, including amendments to the pleadings."

"As all litigators know, sometimes you win everything at trial only to see your case reversed on appeal," he added.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle began when the Gossip Girl alum sued the actor for sexual harassment in December. Baldoni then retaliated in countersuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds.

However, Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed Baldoni’s countersuit, which Lively’s legal team called "a total victory and a complete vindication."

Now, Doll suggests that while it is "undoubtedly a blow to Baldoni" the case is "far from over."

"One thing I’ve learned many times over as a litigator is not to celebrate too early," the lawyer stated.

It is worth mentioning that Blake Lively also referred to the It Ends With Her co-star Justin Baldoni suit against her as "defeated" on Instagram.
