Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has sparked deep concern inside the palace after she decided not to join Prince William at the Royal Ascot event on Wednesday.

The future queen reportedly decided to cancel her appearance an hour before she was expected at the horse racing festival.

According to OK! Magazine, following Kate Middleton’s decision, a royal insider told a media outlet that there is a “real sense of panic” regarding the Princess of Wales health issues at the palace.

Following Kate Middleton’s decision, Kensington Palace has announced Prince William's another appearance without his wife next week.

According to the GB News, Prince William will participate in London Climate Action Week next week.

The Prince of Wales will attend major environmental events on June 24 and 26 in his capacity as founder of The Earthshot Prize and The Royal Foundation's United for Wildlife programme.

He will meet Earthshot Prize finalists and join discussions with prominent climate leaders including Michael Bloomberg and Dame Jacinda Ardern during the week-long festival.

As per the Daily Express, Prince William will also join an onstage discussion with Robert Irwin.

The report further claims Kate Middleton, who skipped the Royal Ascot event, is not expected to attend any of these events with her husband this year.
